Being considerably lower in fat and calories and providing a comparable protein to Beef, our own BLUE FEATHER brand has soared in popularity.  Made in the USA from hatch to finish, our meat is satisfying a health conscious population that enjoys the taste of Steaks and Burgers.    All BLUE FEATHER Ostrich are grown in the western United States at either our main facility (established in 1992), the Indian Point Ostrich Ranch of Tehachapi, California or at one of our authorized BLUE FEATHER Growers.  All locations are inspected and visited regularly to insure that the ostrich are raised in correct humane conditions, treated well and fed the highest quality natural diet. WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY, CONSISTENCY AND ACUARCY IN LABELING THAT MAY NOT BE FOUND ELSEWHERE. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROCESSED AND PACKAGED UNDER USDA INSPECTION. Occasionally we may be out of stock for some products or may limit the quantity being ordered. Please accept our apologies. We're truly sorry to inconvience you and over time will continue to improve our production to eliminate this situation.   Our BLUE FEATHER brand products consist of: Ostrich Burgers, our proprietary Top-Filet and a Fan-Filet.   All our products are available to the general public and can be ordered from our site or by phone.  The Fan Filet, when available, is usually reserved in limited quantities for our special Restaurant client Chefs’. If this product appears in our store, it will be due to an overage and can be ordered on line.  Please note that Ostrich produce only a small quantity of this superior cut and the amazing volume of this labeling on imported meats cannot be substantiated .
